1 1/2 lb.s ground beef, or ground chuck
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 med./lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Water to preferenceRecipe
Brown beef (break meat apart). Stir in tomato soup, kidney beans, onion, chili powder and salt. Heat to a boil, then turn down. Simmer 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
Serves 4 - 6.
