    6 lbs. ground chuck
    2 to 4 lg. onions, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
    2 qts. water
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    6 tbsp. vinegar
    3 to 5 cans pinto beans
    Salt and pepper
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 pkgs. Williams chili seasoning
    Chili powder

    Brown ground beef and onions. Drain off any fat. Add all other ingredients. Add chili powder to taste. Cover and cook slowly, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 hours. Makes about 8 quarts.
