    Miss Dee's Pork Green Chili

    List of Ingredients




    * 3 lbs. pork, cubed
    * 1 Tbsp canola oil
    * 3/4 Tbsp. salt
    * 3 cups chicken stock
    * 5 cups mild roasted green chiles
    * 1 tsp. oregano
    * 1-2 jalapenos (optional)
    * 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    * 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes or fresh
    * 3/4 cup flour or Masa

    Recipe



    In a Dutch oven, brown pork cubes in oil. Add spices and flour and mix well. Slowly add chicken stock, stirring well to avoid lumps. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and let simmer until meat is tender and sauce is thick (about 2 hours). Stir as needed and adjust seasoning as desired.
