    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup diced green pepper
    1 cup diced red pepper
    1/2 cup diced carrot
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons chili powder
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    1 1/2 pounds ground turkey breast (extra lean)
    1 container (16 ounces) fresh mild salsa
    2 cans (15 ounces each) BUSH'S BEST Black Beans
    3 cups reduced-sodium, 99% fat-free chicken broth
    1 tablespoon no salt added tomato paste

    Recipe



    Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, pepper, carrot and garlic; cook 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with chili powder and cumin and cook 2 minutes.

    Add turkey and cook until done, about 5-7 minutes. Add salsa, BUSH'S BEST Black Beans, broth and tomato paste. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat and simmer uncovered until thickened, about 45 – 50 minutes. Serve warm.
