2 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2-Tablespoons vinegar
1 clove garlic
4 Teaspoons chili powder
1 Teaspoon cumin
1 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 Tablespoons chopped onions
1 6-oz. can tomato paste
Salt and pepper
Recipe
In a cheesecloth bag or tea strainer, with lid May use 1/2-Teaspoon red pepper and 1/2-Teaspoon allspice in place of these spices. If not hot enough, add more): 6 red peppers
35 whole allspice, or 1/4-Teaspoon ground allspice
5 or 6 bay leaves
Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan. Simmer slowly for 3 hours.
