    RANCH HOUSE CHILI #1

    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed
    tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    1/3 c. water

    Recipe



    In iron Dutch oven pour water. Add hamburger, salt,
    garlic and onion powder. Crumble meat and fry until water
    gone. Add crushed tomatoes, sauce, kidney beans, oregano and
    chili powder. Cover pot and cook on medium heat about 15
    minutes. Remove lid and simmer until thickened, about 30 to 45
    minutes; stir. Serve in chili bowl over Fritos.

    Slim Gym Chili #2:
    16 oz. chopped celery*
    16 oz. diced zucchini*
