    1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
    1 lb Beef flank steak, cubed
    1 ts Cumin, divided
    1 lg Tomato (diced)
    1 lg Onion (diced)
    8 Stalks of Celery (diced)
    4 Cloves of garlic (minced)
    8 oz Diced green chilies
    12 oz Green chili salsa
    2 ts Tabasco Sauce
    1 ts Oregano
    2 tb Mild red chili powder
    1 tb Hot chili powder
    1 c Water
    12 oz Beer

    Recipe



    Brown one pound of pork shoulder cut in 1/2 inch chunks in one skillet and 1 pound of beef flank cut in 1/2 inch chunks in another, (about 20 min.
    on each) ADD 1/2 tsp of cumin to both skillets.
    Toss all vegetables into one large pot.
    Add eight ounces of diced green chili peppers and 12 ounces of green chili salsa with two teaspoons of tabasco sauce and one teaspoon of Oregano.
    Make a Hot paste with two Tbs of mild red chili powder and one Tbs of hot red chili powder mixed together in a cup of water.
    Toss into pot with vegies and cook for 20 minutes.
    Drain grease from meat and add to pot and continue cooking for 1 1/2 hrs.
    If mixture is thick add beer to thin.
    Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
    This tastes better each time you heat it.

    Serves 6.
