4 tbsp. Gebhardt's chili powder
2 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Mole Poblano
1 tsp. Coriander
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. cubed pork
1 c. cubed chuck steak
2 c. ground round steak
1/3 c. tomato sauce
2 tsp. Masa Harina
1 c. beer
10 garlic cloves
Cooking oil to brown meat

Recipe



Combine beer, bouillon cubes and spices. Let simmer. Brown meat, onions, garlic in small amount of oil. Add to spice mixture and cook for 3 hours. Dissolve Masa Harina in hot water and add to chili. Add tomato sauce at end of cooking cycle.
