Tuscany Chili

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground sirloin, browned and drained
1 cup sautéed chopped onion
1 tsp. crushed garlic
2 cans (15 oz each) Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) white beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. dried basil
¼ cup bottled pesto sauce
Romano cheese
2 oz pine nuts
Recipe
1. In a large container, mix ground sirloin, onion, garlic, tomatoes, beans, chili powder, oregano, and basil. Freeze.
2. When ready to serve, pour into large soup pot and simmer until heated through.
3. Top each serving with a spoonful of pesto sauce, a sprinkling of Romano cheese, and pine nuts.
