    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1/3 cup chili powder
    2 tlb. paprika 2 tsp. Cumin
    1 tsp. coriander
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1 tbl. cinnamon
    1 large can 26 1/2 oz Hunts Spagetti Sauce (Meat) no green things floating for kids to yuk at.
    2 tbls. molasses or Karo syrup (better taste than sugar)
    1 cup water

    Brown ground beef or chuck Add seasons Add spagetti sauce and 1 cup of water Taste to season a little sweet to catch the kids taste. I also add frozen meat balls to change the challenge of the boys.
