    1 package Mexican vegetarian ground meat substitute (or other soy "ground beef" product that would equal 1.5 lbs ground beef)
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 cup frozen corn kernel
    2 (14.00 ounces) cans diced tomatoes
    2 (14.00 ounces) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed.
    1 package reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
    1 (14.00 ounces) can baked beans in tomato sauce

    Recipe



    1. empty package of veggie ground round into a large pot over medium heat.
    2. use a spoon to seperate into pieces.
    3. add the remaining ingredients to pot.
    4. stir well to mix.
    5. bring to almost boiling, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20-30 min.
    6. serve topped with sour cream if desired.
