    Recipe Introduction


    Dough will freeze well for up to a month. And refrigerated for several days.

    List of Ingredients




    2-1/8 cups All-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1-1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    1 egg yolk
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1-1/2 cups chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix flour, salt, & baking soda & set aside.

    Mix butter and sugarsuntil blended and add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix until just combined. Stir in chips.

    Use 1/4 cup pieces of dough to form cookies.

    Start checking at 13 minutes and cook until done around edges but still chewy in the middle.


    Makes 18 servings.
