    1 C. Wheat flour; (for allergy diets; 1 Cup of the following; corn flour, rye floyr, 3/4 Cup coarse corn meal, 5/8 Cup potato flour, 1-1/2 Cup ground rolled oats, 7/8 Cup rice flour
    1 Cup cake flour; 1 Cup minus 2 T. all purpose flour
    1 Cup self rising flour; 1 Cup flour + 1/4 tsp salt & 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 Cup biscuit mix; 1 Cup flour, 1-1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 t. salt and 1 Tbsp shortening
    1 cake yeast (5/8 0z); 1 1/4 oz pkg dry yeast or 2 tsp active dry yeast
    1 Cup sugar; 1 Cup maple syrup + 1/4 Cup corn syrup, but reduce liquid in recipe by 1/4 Cup; 1 Cup honey, reduce liquid by 1/4 Cup
    1 Cup honey; 1 to 1-1/4 Cup sugar + 1 Cup liquid
    1 Cup molasses; 1 Cup honey
    1 Cup corn syrup; 3/4 Cup sugar + 1/4 Cup water
    3/4 Cups cracker crumbs; 1 Cup bread crumbs
    1 Cup whole milk; 1 Cup reconstituded nonfat dry milk + 2 tsp butter. Or 1/2 Cup evaporated mik + 1/2 Cup water.
    1 C Buttermilk or sour milk; 1 Tbsp lemon juice or 1 Tbsp vinegar + milk to make 1 Cup. Stir and let sit 5 minutes.
    1 Cup coffee cream; 3 Tbsp butter + 7/8 Cup milk
    1 Cup heavy cream; 1/3 Cup butter + 3/4 Cup milk
    1 square unsweetened chocolate; 3 Tbsp cocoa + 1 Tbsp butter or shortening.
    2 squares sweet chocolate; 1/3 Cup chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp tomato paste; 1 Tbsp catsup
    1 Cup tomato puree; 2 Tbsp tomato paste + water to make 1 Cup
    1/4 Cup wine for marinades; 1/4 Cup vinegar + 1 Tbsp sugar & 1/4 Cup water (For Marinades Only!!!)
