    Radisson Hotel's Delmonico Potatoes

    5 lb. Potatoes
    ½ lb. American Cheese
    ¼ lb. White Cheddar Cheese (mild or sharp)
    1 cup Parm Cheese (shredded)
    1 T Paprika
    2 oz.. Melted Butter
    3 Cups Half & Half
    to taste salt and pepper (white)

    Recipe



    USE 10" x 12" PAN

    Boil and chop into 1" square potatoes. Cut 2 cheeses into small pieces and mix altogether with Romano (½ only, use other ½ on top). In a large mixing bowl, put potatoes, cheese and half & half and mix altogether until firm.

    Put into a 10" x 12" pan. Put remaining Romano on top and sprinkle paprika on top and approx. 2 ounces of melted butter on top.

    Put in oven for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Take out when top is light brown.

    20 to 25 people
