    2/3 cup oil
    2 fudge cake mixes
    4 eggs
    4-6 oz. cream cheese
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 cups icing sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 tablespoons cocoa (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix together the cake mixes, oil and eggs. The batter will be very heavy
    Roll into small balls; bake at 350° for 10 - 12 minutes.

    Put on a tray, don't flatten until after they are cooled somewhat. Scrunch with a spatula until flat; let cool.

    Mix the remaining ingredients and spread in between two cookies. If you want chocolate filling, add cocoa to the cream cheese mixture.
