    3/4 pound Coleman’s Natural Beef Sirloin Steak, sliced in 1/8” strips
    3/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Garlic Teriyaki Sauce, divided
    1/8 cup olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, smashed
    1 large organic onion, sliced into 1/4” strips
    1/4 pound mixed wild mushrooms, trimmed and cut into strips
    1/2 pound Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    2 cups organic Bok Choy, cut into ½” slices
    1/8 cup Organic Beef Stock

    In a non-reactive bowl, add ½ cup teriyaki sauce to beef strips and toss well. Cover and set aside to marinate (best if allowed to marinate at least 15 minutes). Heat oil in a wok or heavy pan over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove garlic and turn heat to high. Add onion, quickly sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain beef strips (discard marinade) and add to pan, sauté 2-3 minutes. Add broccoli and mushrooms, sauté 2-3 minutes. Add bok choy, sauté 1-2 minutes. Add beef stock and ¼ cup teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 1-2 minutes to blend flavors.

    Serve with organic brown rice or your favorite Asian noodles.

    Serves 4
