    # 3 large eggs
    # 10 – 12 peeled and deveined shrimp (41-50 per pound size)
    # 1-ounce fresh chopped garlic

    Recipe



    1. Scramble eggs in bowl
    2. In saucepan add 1-ounce extra virgin olive oil, eggs, shrimp and garlic.
    3. Scramble until done. Garnish with toast points
