    Sweet And Sour Fried Spare Ribs

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound pork tenderloin cubed
    1/2 red bell peppers cut into squares
    1/2 cup canned pineapples chunks
    1 package Sweet & Sour Sauce
    1/4 cup flour
    2 tbsp vegetable oil

    Recipe



    1. In a bowl, mix pork with salt, sugar, and beaten egg.
    2. Dust pork with cornstarch.
    3. Deep-fry pork in hot oil until golden brown or cooked through. Remove, drain, and set aside.
    4. Sauté bell peppers and pineapples in oil for 1-2 minutes.
    5. Add pork and sauce for sweet and sour pork, cook for 1 minute and serve.

    Serves 3.
