4 Plantain Bananas
1 can Jack Fruit
Brown Sugar (about 1 Tbsp. per square of spring roll wrapper)
1 pkg of Spring Roll Wrappers (You will not need the entire package.Refrigerate leftovers for next time.)
Oil for frying


Recipe



Cut each banana both lengthwise and widthwise, making four pieces from each banana.
Place one piece of banana and a strip of jack fruit on each square of spring-roll wrapper.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of brown sugar over the fruits.
Wrap like an envelope, sealing edges with water.
Heat oil and fry the spring-rolls until golden brown.


Can serve alone, or with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
