    Bay of Fundy Baked Scallops

    1-pound scallops

    bread crumbs

    cheese crackers, finely crushed

    1/4-cup melted butter

    2-tsp lemon juice

    1-tsp curry powder

    lemon slices

    Recipe



    Wash scallops. Remove mussel. Roll in bread crumbs or cheese crackers. Place in scallop shells or shallow baking dish. Mix together butter, lemon juice and curry powder. Spoon mixture over top of scallops.

    Top with lemon slices and bake at 450º oven for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
