    List of Ingredients




    1 Mahi Mahi Fish Steak
    1 finely chopped onion
    2 cloves finely chopped garlic
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 sticks finely chopped thyme
    1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill weed
    1 portion linguini
    1/2 cup chopped lobster cubes
    2 large shrimps
    1/2 cup chopped conch (lambi)
    1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
    1/2 cup white wine

    Recipe



    Pasta
    Cook pasta hours before needed. Mix cooked pasta in some of the olive oil to prevent clinging to container and place in cooler.

    Fish
    Season Mahi Mahi fish steak with salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp dill weed
    Cook fish steak on both sides on grill

    Seafood
    Put olive oil, chopped onion, garlic, fresh thyme, remaining fresh dill and crushed red peppers in a frying pan with low heat.
    When it starts to turn yellow add the seafood and sauté over medium heat, then
    Add the milk and simmer until it thickens
    Add salt and pepper to taste

    To serve
    Heat pasta, and place it in the middle of the dinner plate
    Gently put steak of Mahi Mahi on bed of pasta with seafood resting on fish steak.


    Serves 1.
