    List of Ingredients




    1/2 lb butter

    1 lb FRESH Jumbo Lump Crabmeat

    1/2 cup Diced Onion

    1/2 cup diced green pepper

    1/2 cup diced celery

    1 tsp. minced garlic

    1 tsp. Grd. Blk. Pepper

    1 tsp. salt

    1 tsp thyme

    2 tsp. worchestershire sauce

    1 tsp grd. mustard

    1 tsp hot sauce

    2 cups shredded cheddar

    16 eggs

    8 1/2 cups milk

    30 slices white bread

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in sautee pan. Add celery, onions, peppers, seasonings & spices and cook for about 4 minutes, set aside. Trim crust from bread slices & line bottom of full hotel pan(20 3/4 x 12 1/2) cover with a layer of crabmeat, followed by a layer of vegetable mixture & a layer of cheese. Top with remaining bread slices. Whisk eggs & combine with milk, pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour or until top is slightly brown.
