    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound fresh ahi (bigeye or yellowfin tuna), sashimi grade/#1 grade

    2 pinches rock or kosher salt

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil (Lee Kum Kee brand recommended)

    2 teaspoons soy sauce

    6 green onions, chopped to white

    1/2 sweet onion, julienned

    Recipe



    Choose ahi that is ruby red and firm to touch. Cube into 1/4-inch blocks
    and place in mixing bowl. Sprinkle salt over ahi, then drizzle sesame
    oil. Add chili oil and soy sauce. Mix well. Add green and sweet onions;
    mix well. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes or so.

    Makes 4 servings.
