    List of Ingredients




    6 tbs olive oil
    4 tbs butter
    3 scallions chopped
    1 1/2 pounds peeled shrimp
    2 1/2 cups frozen peas
    2 lbs. farfalle pasta
    3 cups dry white wine or non-alcoholic cooking wine
    1 1/2 cups fresh fennel leaves, chopped
    2 tbs tumeric or 3 sprigs of saffron

    Recipe



    Cook pasta, set aside. Saute shrimp and peas in olive oil. Add scallions and tumeric. Stir in white wine and add salt and pepper to taste. Finish sauce with butter by stirring in, off heat. Add fenel leaves to garnish.
