    Source of Recipe

    Fred Wix

    List of Ingredients

2 lbs. fresh (or frozen and thawed) medium (U-20-22) shrimp, peeled and veined
    1 C. mayonnaise (can use lite-mayo)
1/3 C. chili sauce (your favorite)
    1 tsp. Gabby’s mustard
    1½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. capers, well drained
1 clove of garlic, pressed or minced
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
    fresh parsley, finely chopped
fresh Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded

    Recipe

Prepare the shrimp as indicated, then divide into small individual au gratin dishes or ramekins, lightly buttered or sprayed. In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients, except the parsley and Parmesan cheese. Blend well, then spoon the sauce over each filled dish. Sprinkle the parsley and Parmesan over each, then place on a baking sheet. Place the sheet in a preheated 375º oven and bake for 15 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings, depending on size of shrimp and dishes used.

I first prepared this seafood delight on Dennis Campbell’s fishing boat while anchored in Prince William Sound, Alaska. The shrimp were caught, cooked and eaten right in the same spot. Delicious!

    ENJOY!!
