    List of Ingredients




    2 C Bread Crumb Mix: Rye, White, Japanese Bread Crumbs
    Fresh Herbs: Cilantro, Rosemary, Basil, Thyme
    8 oz Fresh Tuna Filet
    To Taste Salt and Pepper
    Egg Wash

    Recipe



    • Season tuna with salt and pepper.
    • Dip in egg wash and prepared herb bread crumbs.
    • Pan sear to desired temperature (recommend rare to medium rare)
    • Top with chive aioli: (mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice)
    • Serve with au gratin potatoes and roasted asparagus.

    Serves 2.
