    LOBSTER and SHRIMP

    List of Ingredients




    4 Shrimp
    3 oz. Lobster
    6 oz. corn bread stuffing
    4 Tbs. soft butter
    3/4 oz. sherry wine
    1 oz. garlic crushed

    Recipe



    Add stuffing to casserole dish. Add pre-cooked lobster and raw shrimp, butter, sherry and crumbs. Bake for 8 minutes in a 450 F. oven. Serve.
