    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. extra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/4 cup peanut oil
    3/4 cup ketchup
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. wasabi powder
    2 Tbsp. water

    Salt and pepper to taste
    16 to 20 wooden skewers, soaked in water

    Skewer shrimp tail-end first, coat with oil, season with salt and

    Pepper, and then keep refrigerated until ready to grill.

    Combine ketchup and horseradish. Mix wasabi powder and water in a separate bowl;
    add wasabi paste to ketchup mixture.

    On a hot grill, sear shrimp about one minute per side. Serve with wasabi
    cocktail sauce and Papaya-Mint Relish.

    Papaya-Mint Relish

    Ingredients

    1 large papaya, peeled, seeded and finely diced
    1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves

    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro

    1 tsp. jalapeno, minced

    2 tsp. red bell pepper, diced

    1 tsp. Maui onion. Minced

    1 lime, juiced

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions

    Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with
    grilled shrimp.
