    3 Large ripe, firm bananas, cut in half lengthwise

    1 fresh lime, quartered

    Butter flavored cooking spray

    1 tablespoon reduced fat margarine

    2 tablespoons light brown sugar

    3 Tbsp. rum (optional)

    1 tablespoon sliced almonds

    Recipe



    Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise. Squeeze lime over each banana.
    Coat skillet with cooking spray.
    Add margarine and place over medium heat.
    Saute bananas for two minutes each side, turning once.
    Sprinkle bananas with brown sugar, saute for one more minute.
    Remove from heat and pour rum over bananas. Carefully ignite rum and shake skillet until flames are extinguished.
    Sprinkle with almonds

    Serves 6
