    BUFF-STUFFED PEPPERS

    List of Ingredients




    4 good-sized bell peppers (green, yellow, red)
    1 pound ground buffalo meat
    1 egg
    2 cups store-bought or homemade spaghetti sauce, divided 1/4 cup diced onion
    2 teaspoons Italian seasonings
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated Italian cheese

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking pan or dish with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Wash peppers and cut in half lengthwise; remove seeds and membrane. 3. Combine meat, egg and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce; mix well. Add onion and Italian seasonings. Add bread crumbs and cheese. Fill pepper halves. 4. Place in baking pan or dish. Top each pepper with some of remaining spaghetti sauce, cover with foil and bake about 45 minutes.
