    1 lb Pheasant
    1 Carrot
    1/2 head of cabbage
    1/2 cup Sour Cream
    1/2 to 3/4 cup Ginger Sauce
    4 Wraps
    1/2 cup Snow Peas

    Recipe



    Spread sour cream over one side of wrap. Then add cut, cooked pheasant, carrots, cabbage (sliced), ginger sauce, and snow peas. Then tightly wrap and slice to your liking.
