    List of Ingredients




    5 oz. cooked buccatini pasta

    1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic

    1 teaspoon capers

    8 each pitted kalamata olives

    2 tablespoons diced tomatoes

    4 ounces red sauce

    2 chopped anchovies (optional)

    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

    3 ounces white wine

    Salt and pepper

    Recipe



    In a large sautee pan, bring pan to high heat with olive oil.

    Add garlic and sautee until translucent.

    Then add capers, olives, tomatoes, salt and pepper(anchovies)

    With all ingredients in the pan, add the white wine to deglaze the pan.

    Then add red sauce and incorporate all the ingredients together.

    While they are cooking, flash the pre-cooked pasta in boiling hot water.

    Drain and toss with the other ingredients.

    Serve in pasta bowl.

    Garnish with sprig of fresh basil.

    Serves 1.
