    (Six servings of soup)

    List of Ingredients




    3 oz. Olive oil
    1 cup diced Carrots
    1 cup diced Celery
    1 cup Zucchini
    1 cup Yellow Squash
    1 ½ cup diced Onions
    1 clove fresh Garlic minced
    1 can Tomato Paste
    1 package frozen chopped Spinach, drained
    3 oz. Ditalini Pasta
    1 qt. Chicken Broth
    Salt
    White Pepper

    Recipe



    Sauté vegetables in oil until tender. Add Tomato Paste and Chicken Broth. Stir well. Bring to boil and then simmer for 45 minutes until vegetables are tender. Season to taste. Add cooked Ditalini Pasta
