List of Ingredients
1 - 30 oz. jar of Albanese's Originale Pasta Sauce* or other
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. uncooked mostaccioli noodles
1/4 C. graded romano cheese
1 C. ricotta cheese
4 C. mozzarella cheese
Salt/Pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 9 x 13" baking dish with non-stick spray. Bring water to rapid boil. Add pasta and cook uncovered while water is boiling approx. 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water. Pour into medium size bowl and add cooked ground beef and salt and pepper to taste. Stir together and add ricotta, romano and 3 C. of mozzarella cheese. Add 3/4 jar of sauce and mix. Spread into 9 x 13" pan. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with 1 C. mozzarella cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until heated and melted through. ENJOY!
