    List of Ingredients




    2 medium sun-dried tomatoes - julienne
    1 oz button mushrooms - sliced
    1 oz ****ake mushrooms
    1 tsp fresh minced garlic
    3 oz grilled chicken breast - sliced
    1 oz roasted pine nuts
    2 oz gorgonzola cheese
    5 oz penne pasta
    3 oz cream
    1 tsp olive oil

    Recipe



    Preheat frying pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
    Add mushrooms, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes & chicken breast
    Sautee until mushrooms are cooked, approximately 3 mins.
    Add cream & gorgonzola and simmer for 2 minutes.
    Add penne and stir lightly to fully coat the pasta.
    Allow cream sauce to reduce until the penne begins to stick together.
    Pour into a shallow bowl and top with the roasted pine nuts.
    Garnish with a sprig of parsley & rim plate with your favourite dried herbs.
