    Short pasta in an italian sausage and tomato sauce

    List of Ingredients




    Rigatoni 300 gr 11 oz
    Sicilian sausage with fennel 200 gr 4 oz
    1 clove garlic
    Freshly made tomato sauce 200 gr 4 oz
    4 tablespoons extravirigin olive oil

    Recipe



    Crush the garlic, chop the chili, peel the sausages, crush them with a fork.
    Place in the pan an fry at low heat stirring frequently. When the sausage is cooked add the tomato sauce, simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add the freshly cooked pasta stir and serve.
