# 8 oz. Veal Slices
# 2 oz. Crab Meat
# 4 oz. Shrimp
# 1 Cup Heavy Cream
# 1 Shot Cognac
# Salt
# Pepper
# Chopped ParsleyRecipe
3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Slice and sauté the veal in the olive oil. Add in the crabmeat and shrimp. Pour in the cognac, followed by the cream. Add salt pepper to taste. Finally add the parsley. Cook until creamy and serve.
