    Serves: 4
    Carbohydrates Per Serving: 1.25

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 C Almond flour
    2 T Parmesan cheese
    1 t Basil
    1 t Oregano
    1/2 t Garlic salt
    1/4 t Salt
    2/3 C Butter, melted
    2 Whole, large chicken breasts
    1/4 C White wine
    1/4 C Green onions, chopped
    1/4 C Fresh parsley, chopped

    Recipe



    Combine almond flour, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and salt.



    Dip chicken pieces in butter then roll in crumb mixture.



    Set remaining butter aside.



    Place chicken skin side up in 2 quart shallow casserole dish.



    Bake at 375F degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.



    To remaining butter add wine, green onions, and parsely.



    Pour over baked chicken and bake for 2 to 3 more minutes.
