    2 cups Pure Maple Syrup
    2 oz Whiskey
    1 cup Olive Oil
    2 cups BBQ Sauce
    6 oz Chipotle peppers in adobo

    Recipe



    In a sauce pot, flame off bourbon. Puree chipotles in food processor. Mix pureed chipotles peppers, syrup, whiskey and bourbon and mix thoroughly. Place glaze mixture into large mixing bowl. Slowly add olive oil to mixture incorporating with wire whip.
