    1 [7 pound / 3 kg] ham [half or whole]
    2 tablespoons [30 ml prepared mustard
    1/3 cup [80 ml] firmly packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons [30 ml] peanut butter
    1 teaspoon [5 ml] horseradish
    18 to 20 cloves
    1/2 cup [125 ml] Coke

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°F [160°C].
    Bake ham for 25 minutes per pound for a half ham, a little less for a whole ham.
    Well mix together mustard, brown sugar, peanut butter and horseradish; set aside.
    Whe about 45 minutes of baking time remains, take ham out of the oven.
    Remove rind and fat; throw away excess fat from the roasting pan.
    Prick top of ham with cloves and spread all over with mustard mixture.
    Pour coke in the roasting pan; put ham back in the oven until done, basting often with pan drippings.


    Serves 8-10.
