    List of Ingredients




    1 large flour tortilla

    1 tablespoon mayonnaise

    1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

    1 leaf romaine lettuce

    4 slices cooked bacon

    1-ounce shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    2 tablespoons diced tomato

    2 teaspoons TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

    1/8 teaspoon salt

    1 tablespoon lime juice

    3 tablespoons roasted, chopped tomatillo

    Recipe



    Heat the tortilla lightly over a burner or in a 250-degree oven until softened. Transfer to a flat surface. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cilantro and spread on the tortilla. Place the lettuce leaf flat on mayonnaise mixture and put the bacon on top of the lettuce. Set aside. In another bowl, mix the tomato, TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, salt, lime juice and tomatillo. Place mixture over bacon, roll into a burrito and serve immediately.

    Makes 1 serving.
