    List of Ingredients




    1 3-1/2 pound boneless beef roast
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a roasting pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

    Rub dry mustard and salt into the meat. Place in prepared roasting pan. Top with onion.

    In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, vinegar, thyme, and pepper; pour over roast and cover tightly.

    Bake for 3 hours or until meat is tender.
