    1–5 oz. package Canadian bacon slices, chopped
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon each, oregano and basil
    1 tomato, sliced
    2 cups pizza four cheese blend, shredded cheese
    Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain immediately. Rinse in cold water. Return spaghetti to pan and toss with ricotta, egg, oregano and basil until spaghetti is well coated. Turn mixture into greased 9 inch deep pie pan. Press spaghetti to bottom and sides of pan to form crust.

    Top crust with tomato, cheese, and Canadian bacon. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Bake, covered 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Uncover, bake additional 10 to 15 minutes.

    Cut into wedges to serve.

    Serves 4 to 6.
