    List of Ingredients




    4 beef cubed steaks (4 ounces each)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp olive oil

    Coating:
    1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

    Topping:
    1 can sliced tomatoes (drained)
    chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe



    Season steaks with salt and pepper. Beat egg with 1 Tbsp water in a shallow dish. Combine coating ingredients in shallow dish. Dip each steak into egg mixture, then into coating mixture covering both sides.

    Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet until hot. Cook steaks 5-6 minutes turning once. Remove and keep warm. Return steaks to skillet, add tomatoes and parsley serve immediately.
