    MULTIPLE ALARM MINUTEMAN STEAK & RICE

    List of Ingredients




    4 Steaks (your favorite cut)

    3 Tsp Garlic Salt

    2 tsp Onion salt

    2 tsp black pepper

    Hot pepper or hot peanut oil

    Yoshidas Apricot Glaze

    4 cups water

    4 cups Minute rice

    Recipe



    Take 4 cuts of your favorite steak and dice into bite sized cubes. Sautee beef in a lightly oiled pan.

    Add Garlic salt and onion salt,salt and pepper.

    Add 2 table spoons Peanut oil or your favorite hot oil. 3 Table spoons for a 2 alarm 4 table spoons for a third alarm and so on...

    Add half a cup to 1 cup Yoshidas Apricot glaze and simmer for 5-10 minutes. In a seperate pan bring 4 cups water to a boil then stir in 4 cups Minute rice, cover and remove from heat.

    Let rice stand for 5-8 minutes, fluff with fork and dish in bowls. Cover rice with Steak & Sauce and serve Quick, easy and filling Serves 4-6
