    Oatsy Beef Balls

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef

    3/4 cup oats

    2 tbsps. all purpose soy sauce

    1 tsp. garlic, minced/grated

    1/2 tsp. black pepper

    1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped

    1/2 cup onion, chopped

    1 tbsp. dark sugar

    1/4 cup escallion,

    coarsely chopped

    1/2 cup tomato ketchup

    1/4 cup water

    Recipe



    1. Combine thoroughly, beef, oats, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper.

    2. Shape into balls and place into a skillet.

    3. Add all ingredients except escallion and bring to a boil.

    4. Then reduce to a simmer and allow to cook for a 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    5. Continue to simmer until balls are no longer pink.

    Serve over diced yam or pasta.

    Serves 4-5.
