    2 Chops per person (approx.)
    1 large yellow onion for every 2 chops - cut in half,then each half into
    quarters/eighths. Peel all the petals apart.
    1 can of Franco American Beef Gravy for every 2 chops.

    Recipe



    Quickly brown outside of chops in a deep skillet on high heat, then set
    aside until all chops have been browned.
    Place onion pieces in the skillet to cover the bottom, then place chops
    on top of the onions. Cover the chops with the rest of the onion pieces,
    then pour the"Franco American Beef Gravy" over all and cover. Simmer on
    low heat for 1-1.5hr.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable side.
