    750 g of pork thigh
    2 spoonfuls of mustard
    a pinch of granulated sugar
    2 spoonfuls of ketchup
    2 spoonfuls of ground red pepper
    1 spoonful of worchester sauce
    oil
    1 onion
    salt, ground black pepper
    curry
    Rama {margarine}

    Recipe



    Stir the ketchup, mustard and two spoonfuls of oil well, add curry and black pepper, paprika and worchester. Clean the onion, slice finely and stir into the mixture. Cut the meat into thin strips, add a dash of salt, and then work into the spicy prepared mixture. Let it sit for at least half an hour. Heat up Rama in the pan and fry the meat strongly at first, and then lightly until it softens. Serve with potatoes or rice.

    Our tip: In the place of pork you may use chicken or turkey
