    3/4 cup oil
    6 Pork Chops
    1 Garlic Clove
    Salt and Pepper
    Rao's 8 Star Balsamic Vinaigrette

    Recipe



    Heat oil in pan. When oil is hot but not smoking add pork chops and garlic clove to pan. Fry chops, turning once, for about 10 minutes until pork chops are nicely browned. Remove pork chops from pan and drain excess oil. Return pan to medium heat. Add pork chops and Rao's 8 Star Balsamic Vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for about 10 minutes or until pork chops are cooked and sauce has reduced slightly. Serve.

    Serving Suggestions: Top cooked pork chops with Rao's Roasted Peppers (optional)
