    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
    1/2 cup tomato juice
    2 Tbls. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Johnny's Seasoning Salt
    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    8 thin sliced boiled ham
    6 oz. mozzerella cheese shredded
    3 slices mozzerella cheese, cut into wedges
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbls. Johnny's Great Caesar Garlic Seasoning

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the ham and cheeses. Be sure to mix it together very well. Pat into a 10 x 12 inch rectangle on waxed paper. Layer ham and shredded cheese on top. Roll meat from short end, using the waxed paper to lift. Seal the edges and ends. Place the roll, seam side down, in a baking pan and bake for 1 1/4 hours. Place cheese wedges over the top of the roll, return to the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts, and slice with a very sharp knife.
    Serves 8
